Very accommodating and friendly - Edit
We had pad thai with tofu and massaman curry with tofu and veggies. The vegetables were very fresh! Be sure to specify no fish sauce to be sure it is vegan.

Sometimes amazing sometimes meh - Edit
I get food from Royal Thai a few times a month— usually a vegan tofu fried rice or vegan noodle dish! Sometimes it is the BEST FOOD I have ever eaten! Other times I wish I had cooked at home. Overall not a bad place to get some veg dishes though!

Fresh, Flavorful and BYOB! - Edit
Just went to the Royal Thai Cuisine for the first time. I ordered the Thai Eggplant with tofu (and specified that I wanted it vegan, no fish sauce). I was served a hearty portion of veggies and tofu in a pretty flavorful sauce. Note: You have to ask for and pay extra for rice. It is also BYOB so we bought a bottle of wine from the liquor store next door. Only complaints were that the meal could have been a little spicier and the eggplant was slightly overcooked (rest of the veg was perfect). They were definitely short staffed and our server was very busy but we still were waited on a served relatively quickly. Decor, seating area and bathroom are nothing special which is what you'd expect from its outside appearance.

Good food, slow service - Edit
We popped in here for takeout because we wanted a quick meal before our beach bonfire. We ordered as soon as we walked in, and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Honestly would have cancelled the order after twenty (the standard time it should take) but she kept saying it would "be right out." The food tasted good but I was so hungry I wolfed it down so that could be why. Maybe they were short staffed that night but only a couple tables were filled.

Decent Thai food on the Cape - Edit
We went to Royal Thai Cuisine for a late Sunday dinner. When we arrived there were dirty dishes on most of the tables--they seemed a bit short on help. However, the waitstaff was extremely accomodating and friendly. If you are veg, make sure to specify that you do not want fish sauce in your order and they will take it out. I had the yellow curry, which was filled with fresh vegetables and yummy coconut milk. They also have the option of brown or jasmine rice, but you need to order it separately as it does not come with the dish. The food came out quickly and water was refilled often. Definitely a good and cheap option on the Cape for those of us who happily bypass the lobster shacks.
