Good spot for a lunch break! - Edit
Several vegan choices on the menu. The food we had was tasty and filling. Mushrooms with fried potatoes/polenta. The Service was friendly. You could order in italian, english and german, so it was very accomodating.

Note: there is no drinkable tap water available to refill water bottles. The bottled water they sell however wasn’t too expensive.

Traditional Alps food but vegan - Edit
Definitely surprised when I found this mountain shelter that offered such a wide range of vegan products! I tried the pasta dish with mountain herbs, it was really good but it really somehow tasted like grass, maybe next time I'll try something with a slightly gentle flavour. I also got apfelstrudel and it never disappoints! The atmosphere is really cute!

Nice cabin, great that they think about vegans - Edit
Since it is usually really hard to find vegan options on cabins in the alps, I was happy that their menu has labelled all vegan dishes.
Read moreI tried the Minestrone, Polenta with mushrooms and apple strudle.
The minestrone was ok, not great. The Polenta was pretty good and the Strudel on the very sweet side.
