A lot of good vegan options - Edit

Rosti is one of our favorite restaurants. It is not a vegan place but it has a full vegan menu. They have vegan fire roasted artichoke, pastas, pizzas soups, sandwiches and salads. They also have vegan dessert They have a nice patioWe love the food and the servers.

Never Again - Edit

This was not our best idea..
We ordered delivery from Rosti Tuscan Kitchen and had it delivered to our hotel. We ordered the Vegan Eggplant Pie and the Vegan Apple Pecan salad.
I was really looking forward to enjoying a good salad, but I did not mentally prepare myself for the big bowl of Arugula that they call a salad. The proportions were absolutely awful! Barely any nuts or apple on this “salad” just a big green bowl of Arugula. Luckily we had some organic strawberries in our hotel room fridge to try and bring this salad back from the dead.
The pizza was also very disappointing. First off, we had paid extra to get 2 additional toppings, and they put the wrong toppings on. They also had WAY too much cheese on the entire pizza. It was the amount of cheese that gives you immediate stomach cramps followed by gas. Lastly, the eggplant on the pizza sounded like a great idea, but it ended up causing the pizza to be extremely soggy.
I cant forget to mention how insanely overpriced this restaurant is. $21.00 for a bowl of arugula?!?! And $30 for a pizza - unless you want additional toppings, that’s an extra $2 per topping. We would not eat here again.

Rosti’s Vegan Menu is a nice change - Edit

Nothing can get more frustrating,then a place saying that they are vegan friendly, but really do not offer vegan options. I am happy to say that Rosti is not the case. They offer a vegan menu, that they don’t mess up, and they even attempt to make their normal menu in a vegan format. For example, they offer a Vegetarian Fig & Goat Cheese salad, well the goat cheese makes it not vegan (duh) but they do offer a vegan “similar” salad, on the vegan menu. Not many places do this, or even bother, and honestly the food is delicious, we eat there often.

Italian Food - Edit

Saw this recommended on happycow and was in the mood for Italian food, so my girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch the other day. We got a magherita pizza (sans cheese) and it was yummy. I also got a pasta with marinara and asked for no cheese. The vibe is relaxed.
