Delicious, spicy - Edit
Their menu changes occasionally, but there are always delicious vegan starters, salads, and mains. Some items are vegan but are not marked--be sure to ask. If you're sensitive to spice, take care. Chilis feature heavily. They also have gluten free noodles available, though they unfortunately are not made in house like the belt noodles. They have a pastry case and ice cream as well, all made in house, and all contains dairy.

One of my favorite places in durham - Edit
The food at rose’s is what I’d call “elevated Asian” - layers of flavors and textures that just make me happy. I’m still dreaming about the vegan flat noodles with green and mushrooms I had there about three weeks ago. Their vegan offerings are always plates that are delicious and incidentally vegan. I see plenty of carnivores ordering the same dishes I do.

Tasty but limited - Edit
Limited seating and it gets very busy in close quarters. We ordered the steamed bun with squash, warm housemade tofu app, and house made belt noodle bowl with wok fried veggies. Everything was tasty and a good spice level. I wish there were a little more veggies/mushrooms in the noodle bowl. And sadly there are NO vegan sweets options. Overall we enjoyed the food but options are limited and not well marked or promoted.

Awesome Vegan Noodles - Edit
Rose's offers very tasty vegetarian and vegan dishes. I would highly recommend the tofu appetizer which is light and spicy. The House Made Belt Noodles are a MUST. The noodles are incredibly flavorful with a nice kick of spice. You should specify that you want to noodles made vegan. Rose's also offers sweets - a great way to end a fantastic meal.
