I used to love this place and it’s vegan sunshine wraps but my recent visit made me totally change my mind. I got the OMG (oh my greens) smoothie which was incredibly bad and the wrap was not great either! Service also sucked… everything was also I credibly expensive!

Great grocery and prepared foods - Edit
This is as good as it gets for one-stop vegan shopping mid-Cape. There are plenty of prepared foods, menu items to order at the deli counter, and just about anything a vegan would need in the grocery. There is plenty of fresh produce and wine, and the prices are in line with what you would expect in the area.

good seection and takeaway although pricey - Edit
their takeaway food is always really good. The tempeh sandwich and the rice bowl are super good but everything is a bit pricier then it should be. It’s nothing crazy but a takeaway meal from here can be in the range of 11-17$ depending on if you get chips and a drink.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
They have a ton of vegan options which I’ve found difficult to find in cape cod so far. Pink dragon smoothie was amazing and I really liked the vegan “steak and cheese” which is made with saucy tofu and vegan cheese. They have breakfast foods with just egg which were nice options to have. I appreciated that they had options for any meal of the day

We stopped by for some quick food from the kitchen and market, plenty of options! Their wraps are good and juices are even better! They are pretty expensive though, only downside. They also won’t remove anything from their wrap/sandwich options (if you ask for the menu item WITHOUT something, they will not be able to accommodate you). They can make things vegan though.
