Glad to have new options - Edit
Most all items were either vegan or easy to make vegan! The menu was interesting and not overwhelming. Food was really tasty! The paninis seemed way overpriced for what you get. We are planning to come back to try the breakfast items.

We only have 1 other fully Vegan restaurant at the moment, so getting another plant based option is so nice!! Great food, very kind owners, and very healthy!

Best Vegan Options in Medford - Edit
Found this restaurant while driving through and was so happy that there's a plant based restaurant in Medford now. Lots of options including breakfast foods, burritos, paninis, salads, and juices. Mostly vegan but can switch tofu scrambles for eggs if you want. Some items have honey, but it can be left out to be completely vegan. Definitely worth going to! So yummy and satisfying without weighing you down.
