Tons of vegan options in winter, less in summer - Edit
There are two restaurants, a self serve one (Scatla) and a full service panorama restaurant, which currently only has one marked vega main dish and a soup. But the self-serve one, which only opens in winter, has no less then five vegan main dishes plus a few starters and salads.

Vegan options on the menu - Edit
Saw a vegan starter and a main on the menu. Carrot ginger soup which was quite nice and asian udon noodles which I didn't try myself. Nice view
