The vegan option is the tofu burrito/salad. Can customize to taste. Very healthy, good portion size, very nutritionally balanced

The okayest sushi burrito - Edit
Rolltation is a quick-serve restaurant with one vegan option that you can order in a bowl or sushi burrito. I got it as a sushi burrito because that seemed interesting. In retrospect, it would have been better as a bowl because the sauce falls out the bottom of the burrito, and it gets messy fast. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. On the upside, the ingredients tasted fresh.
