Call ahead to order. Open Mon 12:00am-9:00pm, Tue-Thu 11:00am-7:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-8:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-6:00pm.

Very friendly people, incredible food! Web tried the vegan fried rice and mushroom sandwich. Very large portions, next time we will split a sandwich!

Tried the mushroom saltado sandwich. They were out of the vegan empanadas sadly. The sandwich was on the oilier side, but the flavor was super savory and umami. I'd definitely go back to try the other vegan options.

I had seen this truck for the past month but didn’t realize it had vegan options. My tastebuds are now mad at me for not eating this for the past month. Flavor level is an eleven out of ten! If you are within ten miles and decide to go someplace else, you’re making a mistake. If you are more than ten miles away, it’s worth the trip. I can’t stress enough, this food is amazing! I don’t remember the names of the dishes as Peruvian food is new to me but both dishes (see photos) were equally awesome.

Long awaited Vegan option in Tigard - Edit
Tigard is a great place to live but lacks serious vegan options. This food truck is delivering yummy food close by. The dishes are unique and inspired. Plus the owner gave me the Wakanda hand sign, so that’s defiantly style points!

Would give 5 stars but HappyCow only allows them for fully vegan/vegetarian restaurants. The main chef here is vegan and cooks all the vegan dishes separate from the meat dishes. Really great and complex flavors - definitely give them a try.
