They have really put thought into their vegan menu - Edit
Rococo have really out thought into their vegan menu. Not only is it separate but the variety is so huge that the menu could support a vegan-only restaurant
Read morePros: The variety, Good produce , Great service
Cons: It’s not cheap but the produce is good quality

Separate vegan menu! - Edit
Rococo surprised me this evening!Excellent range of vegan options, they provide an entirely separate vegan menu full of a variety of tasty options! We enjoyed the chickpea dip and superfood salad which were both excellent. I’ll be back again definitely! #Veganuary

Don't believe the hype - Edit
Booked online a week in advance. Website at that point said only 1.5 hour booking which is very short but understandable on a Saturday night. However, it was 40 min in to our visit before any one came to take our orders. The waiter did not smile ONCE the entire visit! We were brought the wrong drinks and one of our 6 mains came 10 minutes after the other 5. No apology at all. Also, our mains didn't arrive until our 1.5 hour booking time had ended causing so much stress at the table as we are all hospitality workers and understand the importance of clearing the table for the 2nd sitting. However, there was no 2nd sitting for our table but no body told us that. We could have had a relaxed enjoyable evening without the stress of rushing. We would have ordered a 2nd round of drinks and some desserts. But we finished our meal, paid the bill and left. No one asked us to move on. There were lots of empty tables by the time we finished. I just don't understand why we weren't told we could stay longer when there are 10 wait staff working. This was my 3rd visit and to be honest after my 2nd visit I wasn't sure I wanted to try again. I won't be coming back again. It's dark, noisy, the toilets are filthy and the staff are so miserable. I know I can get better pizza just about anywhere for that price.

Delicious vegan menu - Edit
Have been here twice, everything we ordered both times was fantastic! Love that they have a full vegan menu but it's weird you have to ask for it. Should just be put on tables IMHO. We had the gnocchi hot plate, lasagna, fettuccine, garlic bread, Boconccini garlic bread and olives! Definitely recommended!!

Yeah but let's not forget that big menu is resourced through profits from the sale of murdered animal.

Love this place - Edit
The Vegan Italian food here is just incredible! We love it! We can't wait to go back. Service is better at the St Kilda location. But its less noisy and busy and easier to get a park here. The food is top notch at both.

Great pizza - Edit
Have been here a few times now and I keep going back to the pizza. Woodfired and delicious with great vegan cheese. The separate menu has heaps of options. The vegan afogato is also delicious and something have definitely missed since committing to veganism

Vegan menu, nice Italian venue - Edit
This place has a entire vegan menu, including pizza, pasta, risotto and all the Italian favourites. The flavour is very good but very oily to my liking.

Best vegan Italian I’ve had - Edit
I’d give it 5 stars if I could. Delicious. Their vegan cheese doesn’t taste like awful plastic = bonus points. Great service. We had the baked gnocchi and baked penne and the garlic and herb bread.

Wish I could give 6 ⭐️!! 🍝 pasta heaven
Read moreWhen you hear a place has a vegan menu you think amazing a few things… but Rococo’s menu choice was A M A Z I N G - At least 30 options including entrees, mains, desserts and sides.
We got the roasted mushrooms, garlic bread and I got the fettuccini mushroom in cream sauce.
Food was cooked to perfection.
Serving sizes perfect, the garlic bread especially was a larger size then we expected 😻
If you love coconut tequila highly recommend Coconut margarita. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Also I was feeling mushrooms last night, I promise there are so many other veg options on the menu, can’t wait to go back and try the baked gnocchi..

Great vegan range - Edit
Fantastic selection of vegan options - an entire separate menu in fact! Our server was amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food tasted amazing - we ordered the Vegan Lasagne and Oven Baked Penne off the vegan menu. Both tasted absolutely delicious and portion sizes were generous. Would highly recommend!

Great vegan options - Edit
Had the sweet potato eggplant pizza and garlic bread. It's not easy to get vegan garlic bread at Italian restaurants so was happy to order this and it didn't disappoint. Pizza was really good, happily ate all of it despite it being massive. Huge menu, lots of options. Definitely recommend.

Great Full Vegan Menu! - Edit
I have been an on-and-off vegetarian/pescatarian for nearly a decade and have recently been trying to eat as little meat and animal product as possible. When I found out that one of my favourite restaurants in Hawthorn rolled out a full vegan menu, I knew I had to give it a go - and it did not disappoint!
Read moreTheir oven-baked vegan macaroni might be their best pasta dish on their entire menu, vegan or not vegan. It is full of flavour and fresh vegetables. The pizzas are also crazy good. The vegan cheese that is used on their pizzas fully melts and it tastes just like non-vegan pizza does. They also have some yummy brekkie bowls that are 100% vegan that they do for breakfast and lunch. The acai bowl is always a great choice!
I highly recommend Rococo. It's a perfect place for catch ups as Rococo has meal options for vegans and non-vegans alike, so there's something for everybody when you go. They also have a location in St Kilda - same great vegan menu! If I could rate it five stars I would.
