The lentil tacos were fantastic as was the chips and guac. Friendly staff and nice chill atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. Will definitely go again

I’ve been going here since they opened and I think the food has really improved. I always get the sweet potato black beans tacos without the crema and you really don’t feel like your missing anything. The pinto beans are incredible. Make sure and ask for no cheese on your beans because they put them on automatically.

My favorite lunch spot while working from home. Vegetarian and vegan options are clearly marked, and it seems like everything vegetarian can be made vegan on request. The quinoa lentil tacos are delicious, and the guacamole and chips are always worth ordering. Quick service, too.

By far the BEST vegan tacos in this quadrant of the galaxy! The cauliflower chickpea tacos are outta this world and the quinoa lentil ones are a supernova in your mouth. Now stop reading and go eat!!

amazing service (order at the counter and seat yourself but everyone was very friendly and helpful) and amazing food. we ordered the sweet potato and cauliflower. it comes with side of beans. i preferred the cauliflower but both were flavorful and delicious. they also have dessert. 2/3 are vegan. the chocolate one was delicious.

Favorite Tacos in Seattle - Edit
Rocket Taco is amazing! They have a lot of vegan options. We always get the cauliflower chickpea and the sweet potato black bean tacos. If you order them “traditional” they are vegan except cheese will come on the side of beans, so ask for no cheese. The beans are vegan though! They have a “deluxe” version that comes with more toppings—often a sour cream. The other vegan taco option is a quinoa lentil which is also very good!
Read moreWe first went to the Whidbey Island location during a weekend trip and ended up eating there 3 times that weekend. One time we went up to Whidbey for the day just to get Rocket Taco and they told us that they had just opened this location in Capitol Hill. Oh well, the tacos were worth it!
The staff here is very friendly with seating options for family and a bar with great margaritas including a seasonal flavor. Or if you don’t want an alcoholic drink the horchata is diary free. We also got the churros once. We asked if they were vegan and they called the head chef to confirm they were. So tasty!!!
