Some good options - Edit
Always get a Swedish glacé ice cream from here and saw they also do vegan burgers now. There closing up shop for winter soon however.

Great place, right in the grounds of the castle! Friendly staff, immaculately clean, excellent hot drinks, and healthy vegan options for burgers and ice cream. A great treat at the end of the castle tour!
