Huge portion - Edit
Paranormal Pizza recommended this place on Instagram so I had to check it out.
Read moreI went here for the first time to get some Vegan breakfast food. I tried a savory pancake because I have never had one before. It was delicious and I highly recommend it. It has tofu, veggies, and vegan cheese. The portion was gigantic and I had to take half of it home.
Our server was Alex and he was so friendly and really helpful. I can't wait to try their other items on the menu.
The items that are Vegan are marked as VG on the menu and it's easy to find them and there are a lot of options.
There is a lot of seating for all different sizes of groups.
They offer oat and almond milk for coffees.
Pros: Large portion , Easily marked vegan items , Lots of options
Cons: No espresso drinks, No vegan egg substitute for scrambles

I have been back multiple times! I recommend getting a vegan soup of the day. Their vegan tomato soup for fall 2024 was perfect

I love everything about this place! The servers still wear masks which is so kind and caring. There is definitely a safe space vibe as soon as you enter.
Read moreThe server was really friendly and had great suggestions when struggling picking between a couple of options.
I got the Shelli's Special which was a vegan panini with a pickle and chips on the side. Delicious, filling and flavorful.
I added some jalapeno hot sauce on top for an extra kick. I love the variety and the specials sound amazing. I will definitely be back!
I wish I lived closer, I'd become a regular.

I have gone twice and we satisfied both times. First time I got the vegan Mary- a tofu based sandwich with veggies and roasted potatoes. Very tasty. Second time they had peanut butter cup pancakes as a special, and it was super sweet but delicious. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Bethlehem.

I love roasted, especially their side potatoes. They have great vegan pancakes, French toast, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, breakfast tacos, and more. Everything I’ve had has been amazing, and they even have vegan specials, like cinnamon roll pancakes!

another great place in Bethlem with vegan options - Edit
My son and his wife have been here many times. He took me here for my first time. I had the vegan french toast and he had the Vegan Mary, his favorite. The french toast was good, a little on the bland side for me, could have used some cinnamon. There are many vegan options; pancakes, breakfast tacos and some lunch options. Will definatly be back.

I’ve been to Roasted a number of times but am still eating my way through their vegan menu. This time I opted for the savory pancakes and they were excellent!

Real town feel - Edit
This place has clearly marked vegan items on the menu using red VG. they've used the green V for vegetarian which may be confusing for some. An assortment of interesting dishes are available including savory pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and Assorted lunch items.

Popular spot for vegans and meat eaters. - Edit
People rave about the vegan pancakes, but there are many other vegan choices. I had the chili and a grilled vegan cheddar cheese sandwich, the wife had a quesadilla. All were very good. The place is crowded and a bit loud, but it makes for a fun atmosphere. The servers are young but very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and hard working. Expect a wait on weekends.

Love it! - Edit
This place is great! Plenty of vegan options for my husband and I but also accommodates our non-vegan friends and family! Vegan pancake was the perfect fluffy diner style pancake which I hadn’t had since going vegan! Plus the service was great!

Delicious! - Edit
This is the story of a quest, a quest to find vegan pancakes of the highest calibre, the highest wheat, and the highest delectability. My quest has been fulfilled this day. As a pancake connoisseur, I must profess my love for this pancake (vegan). They are amazingly fluffy and taste exactly the same as I remember animal pancakes tasting. Except these are completely animal-free. They come with a side of vutter (what I like to call vegan butter) and real maple syrup. Both very delicious. Butter isn't exactly like real butter but still very close and good if not better tasting then animal butter. My mom said that the vegan breakfast tacos are good but on the value for money scale they're a little spendy. Really good service (our waiter was very nice and accommodating) and jammin' tunes as well. Roasted potatoes a little overdone for my tastes. But my mom likes them so take that as you will.

Hands Down Best Breakfast Place in Lehigh Valley - Edit
My husband and I LOVE Roasted. We go there weekly to do curbside on Sundays during the pandemic. Roasted also makes takeaway dinners on holidays that are outstanding. We just ordered their Thanksgiving dinners and found them of the highest quality. They made their own version of Tofurkey and fab sides such as a luscious carrot souffle. It is a shame that HappyCow does not allow five-star reviews for places that don't have 100% vegetarian or vegan options, as Roasted offers so many items vegan or vegetarian that they deserve a five-star review. FYI for when the pandemic is over: There is an excellent parking garage nearby (New St) that has FREE charging stations for electric vehicles. On Sundays the parking garage does not charge for parking so that means free electricity and free parking.

Best home fries ever!! Many delicious vegan options! - Edit
Stopped here on a road trip, looking for a place that would satisfy myself (vegetarian) and my fiancé (omnivore). We were thrilled with the quality of our food and service! There are so many options for vegan, vegetarian and/or gluten-free meals, and the menu is very clearly labeled. I got the “Vegan Mary” breakfast sandwich and couldn’t stop smiling it was so delightful!

Multiple vegan & vegetarian options - especially breakfast! - Edit
I would have given Roasted a 5 Star if the app would allow it, but since it’s not fully vegan or vegetarian, the app won’t allow me. Plenty of vegan & vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch. The Vegan Mary breakfast sandwich was amazing - tofu, spinach, carmelozdd onion, roasted tomato, vegan cheese, and focaccia bread with a side of roasted potatoes. Food is also locally sourced to support local businesses. Definitely recommend for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores!
