Decent vegan dinner options - Edit
Veggie burger was fair. A couple things on the menu appear to be vegan, but are only marked as vegetarian and don’t have a “vegan” option when ordering online (but how is the Ponzu bowl not??)
Read moreGood for a quick bite, especially if it’s close to wherever you’re staying, and it looks like the breakfast is solid too. Not a can’t-miss stop, though

A little effort and it would be great - Edit
It’s frustrating when a restaurant misses the mark on the easy stuff but at least, it would be easy to fix.
Read moreThe pros: attentive staff, efficient kitchen with quick delivery, nice atmosphere. They had oat milk on request. Food was warm when served.
The cons: lack of seasoning. Had the tofu scramble and although there were visible herbs, it had little flavor. No salt added- pro-con depending on your preference. Toast was chewy and cold even though it appeared well toasted. No vegan butter available even though the meal was otherwise vegan friendly. . No jam so had to use the berry pourable spread intended for pancakes. Hash browns were a bit oily, undercooked and under seasoned.
With a few improvements our meal could rate the cost.

Nice Vegan Breakfast - Edit
Had the vegan breakfast. Tofu scramble had a good taste and the veggies were fresh. What more can you ask for?

Okay - Edit
The service was great. Vegan breakfast: the tofu was good, I’d ask for the hashbrowns extra crispy next time, veggies seemed like they were out of a bag, but they weren’t over-steamed, there was nothing to put on the toast. For dinner I got the house salad with grilled tofu. Vinaigrette confirmed vegan. It was worth the $10. The wedge fries were awesome, but not confirmed vegan.

Veggie Burger Blues - Edit
Mushy and no taste. Unfortunate. But the beer was great!

Meh - Edit
I had the vegan breakfast which had tofu scramble, hash browns, veggies and toast. All of it was very bland, I had to drench it in hot sauce to make it taste like anything. But it was filling at got the job done. My partner and friend got the yellow curry and veggie burger and they seemed to enjoy their food. We also got the farro salad without feta blue grilled tofu, and that was actually really good.

Very limited dinner options as a vegan. I got the tofu tacos which were extremely bland. The service was great but wouldn’t go back.

This restaurant has a few Vegan/Vegetarian items on their menu. I highly recommend the Thai Yellow Curry with Charbroiled Organic Tofu. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

not enough on the menu - Edit
We weren't feeling this place at all to be honest. I wanted to make sure the refried beans were veg friendly - and wasn't convinced the waiter checked about broth and lard. We didn't order them as a result.
Read moreWe had the hummus. It was pretty good.
Wouldn't go back though
Pros: good beer selection , nice patio
Cons: not convinced options are truly veg or vegan, limited menu

Just Like In SLC - Edit
Same menu as downtown Salt Lake - vegan options include hummus plate, homemade veggie burger, tofu scramble, tofu tacos, and I think I remember some kind of coconut tofu stir fry bowl too. Their fries steal the show though. Sweet potato, garlic fries, and thick cut steak fries are all winners. They kind of cook their tofu like they've never eaten it... always a little under seasoned in my opinion. But I'm glad to have so many choices when I'm out drinking.

Vegan Pub Grub in Park City - Edit
Squatters is the kind of restaurants where everyone from carnivores to vegans can find something on the menu. Vegetarians will have no problem here. For vegans, there's appetizers like hummus with all the fixins; edamame; chips, salsa and black bean refritos. Vegan entrees include organic tofu tacos and thai yellow curry. Their veggie burger is vegan. They have a roasted veggie sandwich and a bunch of other sandwiches that are easily veganized. They also have a tofu reuben! The house salad is vegan. The taco salad, tabouleh quinoa salad and greek salad are easily made vegan upon request.
Read moreFor breakfast, the pancakes and granola parfait can be made vegan upon request. Or go with the tofu scramble, vegan breakfast burrito or oatmeal. Lots of omelettes and other egg and cheese items for vegetarians.
If only they had veggie sausage and offered Daiya cheese for the pizzas this place would be heaven!

Thank you for being in Park City - Edit
There are not even a handful of restaurants in Park City that have a menu with good vegan/ veggie options. The Tabouleh Quinoa Salad with their Chefs Garden Burger on top is a delight. Grilled Tofu Tacos and hummus platter also great choices. Well done for offering local and organic choices and using environmentally friendly non food items ie. Napkins~ straws!! Thank you Squatters for feeding the locals good food.
