wow!! real bread!!

i was blown away at the bread here. they are all baked fresh on site and vegan stuff is clearly labeled. everything i got was really good. i was very surprised by the scone. it was full of walnuts and had a really unique taste that went especially well with the apricot spread i bought. it was so cheap for a little jar of it that i’m sure would sell for 5,000-10,000 elsewhere. the almond loaf had so many different notes to it, including some dried citrus in there. yummy. the olive bread thing was so good too.

they cut up all the bread for you if you ask, and they were so nice to split them in two for me (i was bringing away half for a friend)

the coffee was strong and well made. there’s 3 or 4 tables so be aware you might not get a chance to sit. seems like they are interested in low/no waste and there were only paper bags and reusable hand towels in the bathroom.

some of the breads were a bit over cooked for me (just a little bit bitter) but i think that’s just my taste. with some peanut butter or anything on them it would be good balance but i just ate them plain so far.

all in all very recommended!

Pros: YUM

Real bakery

Legit bakery with clearly marked vegan items. The baguettes had little substance, but a nice crunch. The croissants (not vegan) were the best on the island maybe in all of Korea. Good selection of both vegan and vegetarian breads.
