Good Banh Mi - Edit
Been looking for a decent Banh Mi place in OKC and finally found one. They have one vegetarian option which can be made vegan.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
The vermicelli bowl was very big and filling, and loaded with fresh veggies. The tofu is battered and fried, almost like a popcorn tofu. They also have a vegan banh mi, rice bowl and curry.
