From my experience, the food was amazing and very flavorful. I dined-in and had take-out from this establishment. Their wait-staff while dining in was very attentive and got all orders correct at our table.
Ordering take out, seemed like the wait staff have no idea what their doing. The website boasts about their “Talented wait staff” but I didn’t see that on the take-out side of things. It took 4 staff members to get my order to me. I placed the order over the phone and arrived at the time specified. I arrived and was told to pay for the food at the bar. I stood in front of an unmarked brown paper bag.

Little did I know I was standing in front of my food the whole time. Unmarked. No name or order ticket on the bag. Customer came after me and got her take out order. It was clearly marked. Had an order ticket, as it should. Not my food. She left. I waited. First staff, Nikki, that took my payment couldn’t work the register. Had to call someone from the kitchen to help her. Then she went to wait tables instead of checking the unmarked bag for my food. There were only two bags of take out waiting; one marked and one unmarked. No. She proceeded to wait tables after taking my payment and handing me my receipt. I waited. And waited.

Another staff member asked her other coworkers “who took my order?” And asked if I paid. I showed her the receipt and pointed to Nikki. “She took my order and rung me up and is now waiting tables.” The lady looked at the receipt to verify I paid and simply said “Oh, here you go!” And gave me the UNMARKED BROWN TAKE OUT BAG. BRAVO!!! Cold food! What everyone wants after, unknowingly, standing in front of their unmarked take out bag for 15 minutes at a pricey restaurant!!!
