Nice haven on a work trip - Edit
Vibes were super rad, coffee was good, the fact they had vegan sandwich and baked good options was so great! Just…….. why are we still charging extra for milk alternatives? Instant downer. Other than that great spot with options for all!

Passing through PG last summer, we stopped at Ritual for breakfast which was great. Passing through again this year and we stopped again, only to find the menu had changed. While last year to vegan breakfast sandwich was made with a great focaccia piled high with smokey tempeh, avocado, tomato, and fresh greens, this years was not. It has been replaced with a vegan sausage, pre-made JUST egg and a few greens on bun. It was good, but felt a little fast food-ish, compared to the previous visit. I can’t help but think that some of that is COVID related, cutting down on food costs by ditching the fresh ingredients. Still a tasty breakfast, that I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. They also still had an array of vegan baked goods, if you are into that sort of thing.

Cute inside, very bright with lots of plants. Staff was very friendly. Had a latte with oat milk, breakfast macro bowl, and a vanilla cupcake. Everything was completely vegan and delicious. Cupcake was very good!
