Excellent Vegan Menu!!! - Edit
Excellent news from Upper Lake Como: in Delebio (SO) the Domingo Restaurant offers the following menu (by reservation only).
Read moreStarters: Champignon salad - Asparagus and puffed millet - Chickpeas in sweet and sour yogurt with Mediterranean frisella.
First courses: Risotto with celeriac and caramelized onions - Spaghetti with lentils and dried tomatoes.
Second courses: Eggplant rolls with herbs and beans - Fried vegetable meatballs.
Last night my wife and I enjoyed spaghetti and meatballs (accompanied by an excellent rosé)... everything excellent!!!
