Great veg options and grocery - Edit
Great selection of vegan options as far as produce and groceries. I love getting vegan goodies from their deli department. The fresh cold press juices are amazing too and you can customize them.

Great option - Edit
I like to stop in at rising tide and grab a few vegan items from time to time. The deli has a few vegan options that are pretty good but pricey. Half of a tempeh TLT sandwich is like $8.99. The tempeh Caesar salad is another good option. One large container of the salad would also be around the same price and they don’t fill it very full. I also like their hummus. They have a good freezer section with vegan options. Rising tide is a small market with specialty items that you may not be able to find at stop and shop or king kullen in Glen cove. They have sales on different items (like vegan robs or late july chips) every once in a while and I’ll usually only buy the items that are on sale. The staff who work the deli section are often slow and chatty amongst themselves. Making waiting time long.

Amazing store/vegan deli options!! - Edit
This place is really one of a kind. It reminds me of a mini Whole Foods but even better quality. At the deli section they have vegan Caesar salad that is out of this world phenomenal. It has tempeh in it and the dressing is perfect. Their sweet potato burgers and brussel sprouts are amazing too. That is my usual order. They have many other options though such as vegan pad Thai, guac, etc. The store itself has a TON of vegan options, such as chips, chocolate, cheeses, faux meats, and more!
Read moreTheir parking lot is usually busy and is very small. However, next year they said they are moving across the street and the parking lot will be HUGE! The store will be expanding as well. Great to know!
Pros: Actual store has a lot of vegan items to buy, Tons of vegan deli options, Street parking if lot is full
Cons: Moderately pricey-not too expensive but not cheap, Parking lot is small/always packed

Friendly and well-informed - Edit
I'm new to the neighborhood, and stopped in for some groceries. The staff were well-informed and friendly, and they had what I needed. At the time, they offered some special give-away promotions and contests and also seemed to be stocked with a wide variety of brands and products. I'll be back!

Healthy Food Shopping - Edit
I absolutely love Rising Tide. If you are looking for a place to buy healthy and organic foods, this is the place to go. The staff is amazing and always willing to help you find what you are looking for. The staff will even take the time to hand pick vitamins just for you. Although it is more expensive than other food market chains, you are truly paying for quality food.
