My wonderful intro to Medu Vada (savoury doughnuts!)

We were looking around Stirling for something that suits the whole family and found this place. The wait staff were super friendly and told us about how the savoury doughnuts (Medu Vada) were a childhood favourite for them. We ordered just Vegan even though not everyone on our table was, this meant that we could share and try out loads of really great food. The menu is immense, and this means that I could come back for a totally different experience. Loved it!

Pros: Medu Vada have to be tried!, Massive and diverse menu, Friendly wait staff

Great vegan options

We had following vegan items:
Onion baji VE
Methu vada VE
Onion rice VE
Plain rice VE
Chips VE
Chapati VE
Vegetable Naga (we requested this off menu item)
Aubergine masala VE
aloo Gobi (vegan on request)

The stand out item was the methu vada: savoury doughnuts with lentil sauce and coconut chutney

Everything was delicious. Staff very knowledgeable and able to help us veganise a Naga dish.

Very reasonably priced for large portions. Absolutely delicious. Best curry I've had in a long time

Pros: Excellent vegan options , Friendly knowledgeable staff , Some of the most delicious Indian food I've had
