good vegan option - Edit
there was only one vegan breakfast burrito/sandwich on the menu but it was really good albeit basic. and the coffee was rlly rlly good. they had multiple vegetarian options tho which were good but lacking texture (according to my bf)

Lots of Drink Options - Edit
The staff was so helpful and friendly. They knew most guests by name. This location doesn’t have food but they do have lots of vegan drinks. Best part is the drive-thru option. Lovely place.

Favorite Breakfast in Salisbury! - Edit
Love rise up!! They have two vegan option, the happy cow, which is basically a Southwest tofu scramble burrito, and avocado toast. As for the coffee, they have several different types of non dairy milk including oat and almond. When you order, they always ask which type you would like and don’t just assume you want cows milk.
