Open Mon-Fri 7:30am-2:30pm, Sat-Sun 8:30am-3:30pm.

Unwilling to do substitutions - Edit
Restaurant has some menu items that can be made vegan by removing items, but staff are unwilling to make accommodations. Some items can be made vegan by substituting almond milk (a menu options), but are not willing to substitute other plant milks (which are also sold, but they will not substitute because it’s not on their menu).

Refuse to substitute one plant milk for another - Edit
They refuse to make even the smallest substitutions. I’m allergic to almond milk, they HAVE oat milk, and refused to substitute it in their oatmeal. Their vegan options suck and because they were incredibly rude there was nothing I could eat here. I had to sit hungry and watch my friends eat. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great vegan breakfast, needs more options - Edit
I really enjoy my food at Rise -- all the vegan options are delicious and marked on the menu. However, I would like to see another vegan option or two on the lunch menu, and for breakfast it would be awesome to indulge in some not-so-healthy breakfast like French toast, pancakes, or waffles. Or some sort of scramble! They offer really excellent flavors in all the vegan dishes so I am sure they can create more for the menus that fill you up longer. ;)
