Simple and good - Edit
Appreciate the clear labeling and vegan toppings like just egg, sausage, and cream cheese. Loved the bagels and would come again. Cream cheese is slightly grainy. I wish they would bring back the faux lox so I could try!

Solid bagel, loose cream chz. - Edit
Bagel was decent, cream cheese was runny. Appreciate the option for vegan cream cheese and the other vegan options I didn’t try, but it was a single not an extra base hit.

Good bagels but too expensive - Edit
Update: I went back here a second time and thought I'd update. The bagel was good but for something pretty basic (vegan cream cheese, just egg, and sausage), it adds up to be way too expensive in my opinion. There's pretty much only one vegan bagel option and it could easily be made at home. I've had better bagels at a cheaper price, but given the fact that vegan bagels are somewhat difficult to come by in Minnesota, it might be worth it for you if you really want one. I loved supporting the vegan options, but financially, it makes more sense to me to make my own bagels at home and customize them.

Disappointing changes - Edit
They used to have an amazing cashew based cream cheese they made but switched to a disgusting one that has dairy allergens from general mills. Will not be returning until they switch back.

Bagels & vegan spreads! - Edit
What a perfect space to hang out, eat bagels and drink espresso on a snowy day. Easy walk off the blue line train. Big warehouse loft space with giant windows everywhere. Oh and the bagels are truly amazing!! It was hard to choose which vegan spread to get but today I went with the orange poppy spread on a rosemary bagel. It was divine!

Loved the mock lox! - Edit
Vegan spreads available and also the mock lox bagel is vegan if you get one of the vegan cream cheeses. Very tasty! Hip and trendy atmosphere. Minimalist modern cafe.

Cozy, Bagels, Coffee, Ahh - Edit
Love the little couch sitting area, all of the plants, and the airy decor. The vegan cream cheese is light and delicious. Almost everything is compostable. The orange juice is wonderful as well.

carrot lox!! - Edit
Cool contemporary spot with friendly and helpful staff! They have both plain and whole wheat bagels. Their vegan cream cheese is sourced from Trader Joe’s, but they whip it and add their own ingredients. I got the mock lox made from carrots—just had to specify vegan cream cheese. I had never even heard of carrot lox before and was amazed by the flavor!

Best bagels in town - Edit
Was surprised by how delicious the vegan scallion cream cheese is. Would give them 5 stars if I could, but apparently that’s for only fully vegan and vegetarian places.
