The menu offers things that are not the usual Mexican fare and the knowledgeable staff knows how to take you on a great vegan journey ..
Jose and Natalie can make your dining experience even better ,,they know exactly what is or can be modified vegan
the beans are vegan ,, and they substitute veggies and cactus for the rice
( sadly the best way to give directions is that it is next to the honey baked ham place )

We liked it! Bf had a burrito and half my veganized huarache. We both liked it a lot. Nice touches on the huarache, like grilled onion and cactus.

Many vegan options! - Edit
Our waiter understood vegan & confirmed both the black beans & refried beans were vegan. You can add roasted veggies as your protein. The portions are huge so plan accordingly. Good experience!

They have vegan and vegetarian options. You can make a lot of their food vegan. I highly recommend the huarache, but be aware that it is big (12”).
