Yummy vegan empanadas - Edit
They have three kinds of vegan empanadas and I loved them all. I mean, where else can you find a beyond beef empanada? The spinach empanadas included pine nuts, which is a great addition. And the mushroom was really tasty too. We also had a mixed green salad.

Very good empanadas - Edit
Non traditional, as the vegan ones are open face & seems to be made with a phyllo type dough. They have 3 that vegan as is, Hongos, which is mushrooms, Spinach, & Veganas that's includes beyond burger. There was one more that can be vegan on request, but I dont recall which one. The fries are cooked in canola oil, and were good too. Reason for my 3 star rating is that the Palmito Salad has parmesan already in it, prepared, cant order it or any other salad vegan. Bummer.

The #16 Vegana, freshly made, delivered hot out of the oven, with a side of the medium salsa, was incredible.
