I’m torn between 3 & 4 stars - Edit
I’ve been here a couple of times, and it’s arguably some of the best Thai food I’ve had.
Read moreBut tonight just reinforces why I wish there were more fully vegan restaurants to choose from.
We started out letting the waitress know we were all vegan, then we ordered 4 entrees with tofu to share with the table. I reiterated that we were all vegan, “no egg, no fish sauce.” The waitress acknowledged and repeated what I said. And this place knows what vegan means.
When the entrees arrived, the noodle dish had egg in it.
It was an accident, I get it, and they were very kind and replaced the dish quickly. But it still concerns me when this kind of mistake happens. And reminds me of why I feel more comfortable at an all vegan restaurant.
Everything here is great, the staff is kind, the food is delicious, and if they didn’t serve animal products it would be easily be a solid 5 star restaurant.

Best Thai Food - Edit
Ordered takeout - four vegan dishes, one gluten free. We called to make sure the curries and pad Thai could be made without fish sauce, and were told “yes”, if ordered with veg/tofu. Got the yellow curry, masaman, and pad thai x2. Paid extra for brown rice. Somehow we got white rice too (which went uneaten.) Great portion sizes, and it was still hot 40 mins later. Best Thai food!
Read more—I’ve ordered takeout a number of times since, and it’s always delicious (although pretty oily.) They are very happy to make meals v/gf. Never messed up an order, always fast, and very friendly. They use the typical plastic containers, but what can you do. I’ve learned to say “no white rice” when ordering brown rice, otherwise you get both.
5/18/24 Finally ate in person. One dish came out with egg, but they were quick to fix. All made without garlic to accommodate an allergy. Very helpful service (super patient and knowledgeable.) They do lots of takeout so it wasn’t too busy, but we also went early. Definitely the best Thai in the area, and might be the more enjoyable place I’ve eaten in Princeton as a vegan.
