Better sushi than you'd expect from a food truck - Edit
Among the best sushi I've had at a food truck and more importantly, more vegan options than most sushi restaurants in PDX.

Best Vegan Sushi in PDX - Edit
I am here.... regularly. The prices and portion sizes cannot be beat. $20 easily gets you 2-3 veg rolls, plus they have sushi burritos, and vegan friendly appetizers such as seaweed salad and fresh sesame balls. They have vegan cream cheese and spicy mayo sauce to convert all your sushi cart favs into plant based treats. My go to rolls are the super veggie, vegan asparagus tempura, and avo roll for only $3.

Cons: No faux fish/seasoned proteins, No veg broth for udon , Dining area is shared and often messy

Great variety of vegan options - Edit
So many yummy vegan options available here. Flavors were great and fresh. We had the okra roll, the jalapeño popper roll, the veggie tempura roll, the tofu roll, and the avocado and cucumber mini rolls. It turned out to be more food than needed for two people, but everything was great. We especially loved the okra and veggie tempura rolls. The people working there knew exactly what vegan meant and used vegan cream cheese and mayo, etc. Looking forward to trying more of their vegan menu in the future.

Pretty good! - Edit
I had a couple of the vegetable rolls. Spent about $20 and three rolls could easily feed two. The tomato roll was my favorite - thinly sliced tomato on top gave it a similar experience to what I remember fish being like. The staff were friendly and open to customizing anything. The rice was a bit gluey for me, and otherwise the rolls I had all tasted the same, but I will definitely try it again!

Ricky's Rolls - Edit
The Tofu Roll includes tempura-fried tofu, avocado, cucumber, and yamagobo. The Super Veggie Roll includes cucumber, inari, kaiware, yamagobo, fried asparagus, and is topped with avocado. Both were good, but I liked the Super Veggie Roll more.

Solid Options - Edit
Decent sized selection for V options available. Everything tasted great. Would definitely like to see more variety in the options vs. the same main ingredients, but a good choice for the area. Great prices for what you get as well! Would recommend 👌

Our go-to for vegan sushi - Edit
We love the variety of vegan choices and the creativity. Try Montavilla, Tomato Roll and the Sweet Potato rolls.
