Amazing range - Edit
This place has a large range of vegan pies, pastries, sandwiches and cakes, everything I've ever bought from here has been delicious, interesting flavours and the staff are friendly. Almost every trip I take to Auckland I stop by here

Excellent NZ-style pies - Edit
I sat down at Richoux to have a vegan chicken/cranberry pie (cheesy and full of filling and not dry!) and also took home an apple/blueberry pie and croissant. All were seriously delicious. Hopefully they'll continue to expand their vegan repertoire since they do it so well!

Simply a must try bakery for any vegan - Edit
Having watched this bakery take on more and more vegan options over the years, it has become an absolute favourite of ours. We always make a point to stop by here if we're around Ellerslie or passing through on road trip.

Worst service ever - Edit
Was really looking forward to buying vegan products. On Fri 7 Jan 10.45am at Ellerslie shop, the lady serving me was so racist. She saw that I was Polynesian and spoke to me in the most unfriendly way. She was so abrupt and just disrespectful. Who does she think she is. I have lived here all my life, born in Auckland and to have a migrant speak down to me the way she did was disgusting. A European customer came in after me and this lady who served me greeted with a friendly hello, how are you. This lady should not be interacting with customers if she can't treat all with respect and dignity. Disappointing service ever.
