Wonderful seitan vermicelli from a family-owned restaurant - Edit
Beef seitan vermicelli was so good and nicely flavored - one of the owners came out to talk to us and we begged her to move down to Virginia because I was missing this kind of vermicelli with an actual meat-like substitute!

A family favorite - Edit
My daughter grew up on their vegan summer rolls with peanut sauce, as well as the vegan Pho soup. I prefer the lemongrass seitan or crispy tofu on a bed of rice noodles. Quick, affordable, and quite tasty.

Many choices - Edit
Conveniently located right on the bike trail with outside seating and many vegetarian and vegan choices makes this a great place. I only had lemongrass tofu salad so I can't say how the rest of the food is, but I'll be back.

Absolutely Magnificent Food - Edit
I stopped here while in Bethesda and asked the staff for recommendation and he suggested the Vegan flaming beef and I also ordered the tofu lemongrass salad. The food was AMAZING!!!! I didn’t have my expectations set very high but I would highly recommend trying this place. There are many different vegan options, portions are huge and the seasoning in each dish is phenomenal.

Good for lunch - Edit
So far I've only had their vegan pho but it definitely hits the spot! This is not a vegan version of Pho Bo/beef stock pho. This is the vegetable version that my mother makes for Lunar New Year. It still has all the pho aromatics but it's not meant to be the vegan version of beef pho (like at Loving Hut).
Read moreThe small, if you drink all of the broth, is very filling and perfect on a cold rainy day. Noodles and veggies and mushroom are cooked perfectly, careful not to burn your tongue though! I make the walk here from work when I've got a pho craving and will definitely keep going so they eventually roll out a vegan bun hue. Walk up counter and no fuss small local place, good service too! Sometimes the line can get backed up when ordering so I just wish their order/delivery menu online actually worked. But worth the walk and wait when I'm jonesing for that pho hit, looking forward to trying the seitan dishes next tine.

Lots of Vegan Options!! - Edit
I remember this place not having a single Vegan option and then a few years later, I noticed they had an entire Vegan menu with Vegan pho, appetizers, and dishes with seitan. It’s become one of my favorite go to for pho!

Greetings. They cross-contaminate vegan and non-vegan options. I called and asked if the seitan is cooked in the same oil as the animals. The answer I received is yes. So, could that mean that all other vegan options they offer cross contaminate? Possibly. Do your research before you buy. Many places are well aware of the Vegan population and our growth. Some will use the term Vegan just because they know it will sell.
