Yummy Tofu - Edit
We found this restaurant on Happy Cow. Nice vegan options including Pho with Tofu, veggies, in vegetable broth. We all had veggie stir fry with Tofu. They had multiple starch options including rice, rice noodles, lo mein. So good! Hot Jasmine tea is complimentary. The owner is so sweet. We've eaten there twice and will go again when in the area.

We ordered takeout and at first I thought the bill was a little pricey but then I realized we had paid for an extra appetizer which we did receive and it was partially my fault for the mix-up so it was no big deal and not everyone in our group is vegan so from what I understand the extra appetizer was delicious. Everyone in our group had enough leftovers for a second meal so that's a bonus as well. I ordered the tofu vermicelli and tofu spring rolls. Both were very good, the staff seemed really friendly and we will definitely be back if we're in the area.

While there may not have been a ton of vegan options here, I was thrilled by the options they did have. I got the tofu vermicelli and the tofu spring rolls and they were both absolutely fantastic.
Read moreThe service here was fast and the staff seemed familiar with accommodating vegans. I would love to see them offer more vegan options but since it was just me, the few options they had were enough for me!
I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

The vegan spring rolls are freaking amazeballs!😄Love the jasmine tea they serve. We got the tofu vermicelli and it was huge. The owner was very friendly and asked how I found the place. I told her we were vegan and she explained they have the vegan pho over the weekends. (It being Tuesday and the start of their week, they need time to prepare and weekends are busier so it will sell faster, makes sense)

Little gem in downtown Shippensburg - Edit
Family owned little restaurant with very kind and personable service. We had the spring rolls and vegan pho. Both were delicious, freshly prepared, and huge portions. This place is a wonderful option for vegan/vegetarians.
