A convenient location around d half way from the walk between Capitol Hill & Lincoln Memorial. Great range of toppings and 3 tofu flavour options. Tasty drinks too!

Really enjoyed the vegan tofu bibimbap. You can customize your own choice of toppings "chipotle style" which I love. They have 3 options in tofu: mild, teriyaki, and spicy. Big portions.

Perfect spot for vegan lunch - Edit
It’s really easy to customize your own vegan bowl. You either choose a noodle or rice base, and choose the toppings you’d like. It was really good, and I loved the tofu with the teriyaki sauce! The miso broth was also so good!

This rice/noodle/bowl bar has some good vegan options! It’s set up mostly for customized bowls, but there are some menu items. The options are nice and fresh. There’s some seating inside, but it’s more of a takeaway place or good for a quick bite!
