Sweet - Edit
Great friendly service, fun artsy environment. Fantastic beer selection. Smallish food menu, but something for everyone. I had a burger with fries. Best vegan restaurant burger ever! Juicy, but didn’t fall apart. The tofu cheese was tasty. The fries (wedges) were seriously perfect.

Great food, seating tricky - Edit
Food here is really tasty. Our party of 3 each got one of the bowls and all thought they were tasty and had unique flavors. Service is order at the counter and take a number to set at your table.
Read moreOne frustration was that we came early in evening for dinner to get a seat outside. They said they don’t take reservations. However, when we got there half the tables outside had signs on them that they were reserved at 6:30. So they do take reservations?… We had to stalk patrons and jump on a dirty table to eventually get a seat.
Pros: Great food, good beer and wine list
Cons: They don’t take reservations, , They take reservations for some people though?

Wonderful for Breakfast and Brunch - Edit
The menu changes frequently, and they incorporate seasonal produce. Everything I have tried has been wonderful. The Market Hash is my favorite. The drinks are also quite good, both the hot and the cold. This is a great vegan place.

We love this place for brunch! The food is so delicious and the atmosphere is fun. The inside is so fun, but then they have an amazing patio out back. It is not too expensive for what you all get. We will definitely be back for more soon!

Delicious brunch! - Edit
The food was delicious and everything had incredible flavor and sauces. We got the Polenta Rancheros and Market Hash. They did the sauces and creams particularly well.
Read moreThe only complaint I have is that I ordered an oat milk cappuccino and it had no foam/froth whatsoever. It just tasted like coffee with oat milk added. But food was fantastic.

I honestly love Reverie. I don’t think I’ve had anything that was bad, but my favorite is their burgers. Seriously this is the best burger patty ever. I don’t think you can go wrong here no matter what you order.

Overwhelming flavorful food - Edit
I loved the live music here but the food was not it for me at all. The hamburger I got tasted nothing like a hamburger but like 3028 different overpowering flavors all at once. The salad was gigantic of the same strange purple sauce dumped over piles of spinach. The rice bowl was OK but tasted like something I could easily cook myself. Definitely not worth the price and I won’t go again. Also the most crunchy/burnt potatoes I’ve ever had

Everything is vegan at Reverie Cafe * Bar!
Read moreI haven’t been able to try everything on the menu at Reverie Cafe Bar even tho I’ve been there dozens of times. They have so many options!
This is a great place with some (weather permitting) outdoor seating.
I’m not much of a drinker but they have an expansive beer and wine selection. I usually order kombucha on tap.
Pros: Everything is vegan, Delicious options, both traditional and esoteric, Friendly staff and plenty of on-street parking

Preference - Edit
I truly enjoyed what I ordered. My only issue is, it all seems to be fried even if its not stated. I'm not into fried foods. I enjoy artichoke hearts so much! But they were fried. I ordered the KBLT, which was fairly tasty, but couldn't overly get past the friend battered Tempe. As a personally preference I like it grilled. But everything being fried just made it very hard to eat. I would still recommend this establishment to everyone, just give warning on foods being fried.

Great flavors! - Edit
We tried the Mac and cheese, lemongrass tofu tacos, coconut curry lentil soup, beans and rice, fried artichoke hearts, bulgogi cauliflower, and the limeade. Prices felt a little high as many other places in the same price range don’t seem to give as large portions for the price, however Reverie delivered both great portion sizes and flavor! Each dish had great flavor and could really taste each ingredient mentioned in the description.
Read moreWe grabbed our pick up a little late as well as an extra 10 minutes of driving before we ate. The battered cauliflower still had a fantastic crunchy exterior and wasn’t greasy. I was very impressed with that alone plus the rest of the food was fantastic as well. This restaurant has a great variety of options including some familiar dishes(Mac and cheese) as well as some different ones (lemongrass tofu tacos)
We will definitely return and definitely recommend to others as well.
Pros: Good flavor, Variety of options, Portions
Cons: Not many kid friendly options beyond Mac n cheese

One of my favorite places! - Edit
The first time I went here, me and my partner's food was overly salted, but I think this was an outlier of an experience. I decided to give it another try and I am glad I did. It quickly became one of my favorite places to eat. The Mac and cheese is not my favorite (but many others seem to love it), while the sandwiches and nachos are great. I'm not a fan of arugula on the side (you have to pay extra for fries), but I love being able to order anything from the menu.

Fabulous - Edit
New twists on old favorites here. Everything was excellent from the apps to dessert. It has that pseudo-punk vibe Minneapolis specializes in. I especially loved the ginger turmeric steamer with their homemade nut milk.

Good - Edit
I had some really good eats here. The breakfast sandwich is good; I just wish it came with jam instead of the aioli. I'm obsessed with their green goddess dressing, which came with the side salad. And I had a lemongrass taco special that was delicious. It's a cool spot and I'd return to try more of their menu offerings.

Brunch is our favorite - Edit
But the dinner menu is great, too. My favorites are the sweet/salty items like the Monte Cristo and Reverie Benedict. We’ve been ordering for pick-up throughout the pandemic but have recently made a habit of Sunday brunch - dining in. The staff are always awesome and the music is an added bonus. The only problem with Reverie is we ALWAYS over order and over eat. Pretty much have to roll ourselves out the door. I cannot wait for warmer temps so we can eat in the rad patio area. (Because I’m too much of a freeze baby to brave it in the winter.)

We got a few items and it was all really good! Well flavored / etc. the potato wedges don’t carry long or maybe we got an old batch because they were that gritty texture inside.
