Awesome Bakeshop

Fully vegan bakery! Everything is scrumptious. We tried a variety of things including their cake pops, cannoli, kolaches, cookies, and cupcakes. All really delicious. 10/10.

Great vegan bakery

Reverie has delicious vegan options for anyone with a sweet tooth. They have a wide variety of options. At the moment you have to place an order online at 24 hrs ahead of time, but it’s nice to see them doing well despite the pandemic. My favorites were definitely the s’mores brownie followed by the brownie cheesecake and tiramisu. I got the fried donuts but they were average compared to other vegan donuts. The sopapillas, danishes, and scones were also average (they lacked flavor). I wish the custard in many of the desserts was sweeter.

Amazing Bakery

Reverie Bakeshop is a rare gem in the DFW area for vegan baked goods. They have everything from the standard cookies and cupcakes to vegan tiramisu, which is amazing! The prices are standard for a specialty bakery, but they do have dollar day old goodies. The staff is always super friendly. There's no indoor seating, but there are a few tables outside. All in all a great spot to meet with friends and introduce people to delicious vegan food!

Pros: Creative, Friendly staff, excellent food!

Cons: Can be pricey

To die for

Have been here countless times since going vegan. Tried it once before I went vegan and hated it but now everything is heavenly! Moist muffins (love the pumpkin muffins), savory kolaches (buffalo and pizza are my faves), and wonderful fruit tarts.

Almost all of their packaging is compostable!

Pros: Eco conscious

Cons: Bad for wallet

Dangerously good

I have to resist the temptation to stop here every day. The kolaches, black bean empanadas, chicken biscuits, cupcakes, donuts, cookies, brownies, muffins, etc. are fantastic. Many items are gluten free as well. You deserve to treat yourself.

World’s Best Bakery

The best bakery on the planet, vegan or otherwise. Kolaches are out of this world (especially the tofu and potato ones!). Brownies will blow your mind. Cupcakes are killer. The Curry Empanadas need a little work.

Pros: World’s Best Baked Goods, Vegan Kolaches

Been a regular for two years now. Get pies for holidays and cakes for birthdays.

Their Boston cream donut is my favorite! The gluten free chicken biscuit is not far behind it.

Pros: Delicious , Beautiful cakes, My whole family loves it.

Cons: Small inside and the line is out the door on sat, They run out quickly , My order is wrong more than its right.

Y'all.

We got a few things here on our way out of Richardson, and as soon as we tasted them (in the car on the way back toward Houston, unfortunately), we instantly regretted not getting more. SO GOOD. I have tasted my fair share of vegan baked goods, and these are somewhere at the top - if not actually at the top. Definitely give them a go!

Best. Cannoli. Ever.

Great little bakery with cupcakes, pies, macaroons, macarons, cookies, donuts, brownies, scones, and savory treats like empanadas. They also have tons of GLUTEN FREE options. Everything was delicious, but the cannoli was seriously worth dying over.

Pros: Lots of gluten free options

Nice Vegan Bakery

We've been going to Reverie almost since it opened. We really enjoy their kolaches and have special ordered birthday cakes.

Everything has been good, however not great. We find most of their products including the kolaches a bit dry.

We prefer the pizza kolaches and the jalapeño kolaches. We do find them a bit pricey.

We make homemade kolaches from Eff yeah its vegan blog, which we think turn out better. We love vegan ham and cheese.

Overall there is a good variety and it's a good spot in Richardson.

Pros: Vegan bakery, Gluten free options

Cons: A tad expensive , Baked goods are often dry

Cute little bake shop with so many yummy choices. My son loved the cinnamon roll and I tried the maple scone. Wow, so good! The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions. We will return next time we travel to the Dallas area.

Pros: All vegan options , Reasonable prices , Easy parking

Cons: Tricky to find with google maps

Literally, my favorite place on Earth

Their fauxstess cupcake will change your life. My husbands obsessed with their kolaches, however I’m a sucker for their biscuit sandwiches.

sweet and savory!

I got the pizza kolache, raw chocolate reeses, chocolate cheesecake, and tres leeches. I really like the fact that they have raw option and sell savory foods too. They also sell "mac n' cheese" powder and other things you wouldn't expect to be there. I was very impressed!

Greatness!

I picked up some cupcakes for my son's birthday. They had many varieties to choose from. We had the vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, smores, and cookies and cream. Vegans and non-vegans loved them! Even better were the kolaches. Again, there were several flavors available to purchase. I tried the buffalo chicken and the pizza flavors. Oh, wow! So, so good.

The place was hopping on a Saturday morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. The bakeshop is located in the same shopping center as a Sprouts (convenient!) so while this is a bit of a drive for me, I will do it for the kolaches!

Pros: Variety, Great Flavors, Friendly Staff

Cons: Cramped inside

Heaven on vegan earth

My omni husband took me here for Valentine's day. The staff was so friendly and when they found out we were new to the area, recommended other vegan places. Needless to say I got a little crazy and ordered several pastries and chocolate covered strawberries. I honestly can't say what my favorite was but let me just say that everything was so good that I had to share because my hubby fell just in love with the goodies as I did! Can't wait to go back and try other things! Might have to get another red velvet whoopee pie if they have them again though ;-)

Pros: Excellent food, Friendly and helpful staff, Good value

Great Sweets and Treats

These are hands down the best vegan sweets in the DFW area. Get there early for the best selection, because these goodies go fast. Love the s'more cupcakes, snickerdoodle cookies, cake balls, cheesecakes and anything with raspberries are also delicious. Some of the gluten-free items can be a little dry and I'm not a big fan of the sandwiches, but so far all the regular vegan sweets have been wonderful.

Pros: Great Cupcakes, Great Cheesecake, Good Selection Early in the Day

Cons: Sell Out of Favorites Quickly, Sandwiches Not Great, Not all Gluten-Free Items are Good
