Serves meat, vegan options available. Very small and simple restaurant. Offers vegan kalarpurka, a traditional Inca Bolivian soup served in a pot, with a hot lava stone in the middle, which keeps the soup sparkling like a small volcano. Tasty soup - Edit
Small friendly family restaurant serving the traditional kalarpurka soup that is vegan. It contains a lot of garlic, so if you are sensitive to garlic, you may not like the soup. I added the chilli sauce to give it a bit of a spicy kick 🌶

Lovely! - Edit
Not many vegetarian options, but the vegetarion version of the soup is delicious! Cozy, small place, mainly visited by locals. It almost feels like you're visiting a home. The host is very friendly and even taught us some Quechua words.

Delicious - Edit
I was lucky to bump into the owner who was telling me that they had moved to another location a little bit out of the center but still in walking distance. So I came there for dinner to try the soup and it was one of the best dishes I had in 4 weeks in Bolivia. So flavourful. The owner is happy to serve vegans and consindering the limited options in Potosí, this is a real win!

Restaurant was closed both times we went there - Edit
We‘ve been there Sunday and Monday, as both Happy Cow and Google Maps indicated the restaurant was open. It was closed both times. No opening hours visible.

Best Kalapurka in Potosí - Edit
Kalapurka is a traditional Bolivian Inca soup, which is served with a hot lava stone in the middle, which keeps the soup sparkling like a vulcano. It was by far the best soup we had in Bolivia and in addition we had a really nice chat with the owner. If you want to try something delicious and really regional from Potosi go there! Even though it's a really simple and small restaurant the owner is welcoming and the food incredible delicious :P
