De postre tienen fruta.
Aconsejo ir pronto para no tener que esperar demasiado, ya que es un sitio muy conocido y se llena mucho.

Good food, poor service - Edit
Basically, the food was good but the service was really unacceptable. We went twice and the first time we thought the service was a fluke because it was late lunchtime and they let us in without a reservation. But the second time, when we did have a reservation, it was the same. Basically both times our server spoke with us *once* the entire visit. No check-ins, no refills. If you're willing to deal with inattentive service in exchange for good food, then I would say go ahead and try this place. I liked the seitan, and I liked the pasta as well.

A big portion of seitan Steak - Edit
A traditional portuguese restaurant specialized in steaks, offering a vegan (labelled as vegetarian) seitan steak prepared in the same way as the original meat dishes. A great option to try the typical food. Additionally the portion itself is big and filling. Definitivetly worth a visit!

Great for what it is - Edit
There are limited options here, so this place is great news. We tried both vegan entrees: the tagliatelle with vegetables as our appetizer (we just shared the dish) and seitan steaks. The pasta was super tasty, nothing else to say. They serve a huge portion of excellent seitan with several whole cloves of garlic on top and a small piece of red pepper. The seitan was amazing; but it was a bit strange that the garlic was cooked but not as thoroughly as it should be since it was still firm not soft. The red pepper was so salty you couldn’t eat it. Not important, just odd. Great selection of special beers. Large wine list too. Unfortunately no vegan desserts. The place is very big and can be noisy.

Began Seitan Steak - Edit
I was super surprised - I came to the restaurant of the agricultural association of São Miguel several years ago and it was the worst place ever as a vegan ( I ended up there cause I was the only vegan in a larger group of meat eaters) nowadays they have a very tasty vegan seitan steak and a vegan Pasta (i confirmed although declared as vegetarian, its actually vegan). It was really a game changer for me, considering that I travel mostly with meat eaters and struggle to find places where everyone is happy with the menu!
