It's like finding water in a dry desert - Edit
It's hard to find vegetarian or vegan food in this area (Ronda had no remarkable opinions at all!). Here they have a whole section in the menu. And helpful and friendly staff. Really appreciated!

The waitress is very rude. Food was so bad. The aubergine was inedible and was sweetened with sugar then deep fried. The vegan hot dogs were questionable.

Amazing for a non Vegan restaurant - Edit
I called Rafa and asked him for a taste vegan menu since I heard he would do it for us. My family and I sat at the terraza and he brought dish by dish with a detailed explanation of the ingredients and how it was made. Amazing vegan food for a small town such as Coin. Would've not expect it in a million years. Highly recommend calling ahead of time to make a reservation. It is always packed. No wonder!!

He doesn't have them in the menú. Except for the vegan brioche hot dog (which is one off his best ones). The rest he works on what he has in his regular manu to veganize them. He is very knowlagable regareing allergies and vegan substitudes. I let him surprise me calling ahead of time so he can prepare for us. Always really really good.
