great 7 course vegan menu - Edit
We wanted to have a fancy dinner in Middelburg while we were there, and found this restaurant, which doesn't have vegan options on the menu, but who will easily and happily prepare a menu to your liking, if you mention it during reservation. The food was a creative tour of the world, with Mexican, Thai, Indian and other influences. Service is friendly, the atmosphere is very cosy.
