Excellent restaurant with vegan upon request in area with few to no vegan options

The menu is not vegan but upon request the vegetarian options can be turned vegan with no deterioration in quality. We had an excellent 3-course vegan menu with a wine pairing.

This restaurant is located in an area with few to no restaurants offering proper vegan meals, which makes this restaurant very relevant to vegans living in or visiting the area.

The restaurant describes the cuisine as new nordic with Italian inspiration and focusing on seasonal and local produce.

As a vegan I'm so thrilled to finally have the option to have a proper vegan meal when dining out in my home town.

Pros: Seriously tasty dishes, Great wine, Quality ingredients
