beautiful location and view. excellent staff. dining rooms are spectacular, and the food? plated and presented artistically and the flavors and textures and creativity OH MY! paired with apple juice, delightful. my favorite!

Calling all gourmet vegans! - Edit
This restaurant deserves 6 Stars for providing one of the most elevated, gourmet, vegan dining experiences I have had to date. It serves omnivores (the reason for the 4, not 5 star rating), vegetarians, and vegans with tasting menus and a’la carte menus. I had the vegan tasting menu (see photos) and it was phenomenal. Creative, beautiful and delicious. What else could one ask for? And price? My menu was 68 Euros (excluding beverage), which seems reasonable for a fine dining experience. They serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines (the later local apple-based).

Das Restaurant bietet ein veganes Menú an. Vom Gruß aus der Küche, über Antipasto, Vorspeise, Hauptspeise, Nachspeis. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Wenn man sich mal was gutes tun will, ist das Restaurant Haselburg eine gute Wahl.

We had the pleasure of dining here and chose the vegan menu, which was absolutely fantastic. The waiter recommended an excellent wine, and overall, the staff was exceptionally kind. The location captivated us with its serene atmosphere and the stunning view it offered over the city of Bolzano and the surrounding mountains. Despite offering non-vegan options as well, it felt like the owner took special care to provide a vegan menu, promoting a diverse culinary experience. It was a truly special dinner that created lasting memories.
