No more vegan friendly than any other restaurant

In my opinion we should reward the restaurants that replace some of their dishes with vegan ones and clearly mark them. Sure, this restaurant can make something vegan when preordered (though they don't mention that anywhere on their website), but which restaurant can't?

Cuisine végétarienne maîtrisée et sophistiquée

Excellente maitrise de la cuisine gastronomique végétarienne, plats élaborés et particulièrement réussis. On s’y sent accueilli en tant que client, mais également respecté en tant que végétarien. Mentionnez à la réservation si vous êtes vegan, le menu sera adapté. Vivement conseillé!

Pros: Grand choix végétarien, Produits locaux, Personnel très compétent

Cons: Coûteux
