A simpler meal - Edit
This place is a simple but you will not go hungry.
Read moreThe food has taste and the portions are good.
They as fast in serving, so we did not wait long.
There was some noise during the meal derived from other tables, but that is just how the environment is there.
Staff will help if needed.
Pros: Good taste in food
Cons: Too dark environmnet, Smelled really heavy on fried food at the entrance

Nice & filling food! - Edit
My partner and I went here for dinner and got the lentil soup, rice, veggie dish, and fries. They also brought us out bread and olives before our meal. I ordered a ginger tea and it was more filled with lemon, but still good! Staff was super nice and the food was good and filling. The rice wasn’t our favorite but it was a good meal.

A tangier classic - Edit
Friendly service, simple and cheap food. Strong smell of all the non-vegan food though, but if you can get past that, the veggie cous cous is great and the salad is quite substantial.

Great veggie selection! - Edit
Travelling and eating in Morocco is difficult, it is possible that there were some animal ingredients in the food from the taste, but we really weren’t sure. However, we definitely had a nearly plant-based meal of lentils, rice and vegetable tagine to share between two people and they brought bread and olives for the table, and it was all fresh produce and tasty. It was also reasonable priced at 100dh and was more than enough food.

First & best tagine! - Edit
Recommended by our nearby hostel, our first meal in Morocco did not disappoint! Amazing vegetable tagine which included cauliflower, also had the white bean stew and lentils. 125 dirhams for 3 dishes and 2 drinks!

Good food here - Edit
I went in February 2023 and had a good meal here. I got the lentils, the Moroccan salad, and the Moroccan soup. The prices were reasonable and the service was friendly. I got there about 7:00 pm and I was the only customer there. By 8:00 pm the place was completely filled, including a group of 25 foreign students with a group leader. The place seems to be popular with foreigners, although a couple of tables had locals eating there as well. I could not find any vegetarian or vegan restaurant in town, so this one seems to be a good choice. At the end of the meal they offered me a glass of tea, and two types of cookies for free.

Better than those in the Petit Socco - Edit
The food is inexpensive and filling for central Tangier, and they insist on complimentary tea and sweets at the end.
