Nice place, nice location - Edit
Traditional restaurant, located in the old town of Kutna Hora, a short walk below Hradek castle museum. In the ground floor of an old stone-walls building, with plenty of space in- and outside (nice garden with two exits).
Read moreFocus of their food is traditional Czech "feast food", which is "meat & dairy galore". Luckily there is one vegan main course and two straight salads on the menu. Staff is friendly.

Vegan option - Edit
There are two vegetarian options. But if you ask them, they are able to prepare one of them vegan. Its roasted veggies (bell pepper, onion, zucchini etc.) with potatoes and tofu (not sure if marinated or smoked). Ofcourse with herbs and some kind of oil. Not the best vege food but definitely filling and tasty.

The place is nice and the staff is friendly. Four vegetarian dishes on the menu. Mushrooms are gluten-free and yummy.

My partner & I visited Kutna Hora three years ago, and this was one of our regular spots - we love the atmosphere, and were so glad when we returned recently to find that they've added a meatless section to the menu. We tried the chickpea burger (served with a cream-based sauce that we probably could have asked to omit, but didn't) and the tofu with barley and an egg (likewise). We enjoyed both, though given the limited veg options, it's unlikely that they are prepared on separate equipment than the meat items.

Cute, yummy, and inexpensive - Edit
The staff was friendly. A few members spoke english well. The chickpea burger was amazing. I ordered it without the tartar dressing as I could not findout from staff of it was vegan. Potato cuts are fried with schnitzel, etc so they are not vegan. Large portions.

No vegan options, some vegetarian. Single tofu dish in the menu with a poached egg on top (however it was not mentioned in the description, thankfully the waitress informed me when I asked for it).
