Très bon seitan

Depuis septembre 2024, le seitan n’est plus fait artisanalement. C’est vraiment dommage, car si le goût est toujours aussi bon, la texture est plus molle.

Ancien avis : Tous leurs produits sont faits artisanalement et sont incroyablement délicieux. On les trouve en livraison ou dans de nombreuses épiceries bio ou véganes. On adore.

Really good seitan

Renski does quite a unique seitan. Normally most seitan I try have a gummy texture, or a weird gluten aftertaste, but this one doesn't...

It's nutritional profile is quite good (high in protein, iron).

Don't be confused, this is not a shop you can go to. I think in their website they say where you can buy it...
