The food itself is nothing special - very simple but also cheap.
Read moreThe atmosphere however is very nice. Directly at the lakeside it's really peaceful and quiet.
Unfortunately, there are a ton of flies - both around the restaurant and inside the kitchen.

There’s very little to choose from in the area but this place has vegan lompias and can veganise a few of their dishes. For the price it’s decent, although maybe a little salty. Would recommend if you’re vegan, in the area and struggling to find food! It’s a little hard to find but the locals can help. The view is also amazing!

Das Essen hat mich wirklich in jeglicher Hinsicht enttäuscht. "Fried Noodles" waren eindeutig nicht mehr als gekaufte Instant-Nudeln, Tofu und Tempe waren fettig und versalzen (kein wirklicher Geschmack) und die "Fried Vegetables" waren einfach nicht gebraten. Preis und Atmosphäre sind zwar sehr gut, Essen (zumindestens meine Bestellungen) jedoch in jeglicher Hinsicht einfach schlecht.

Peaceful, friendly warung by the lake - Edit
What a wonderful surprise! Great little warung by the lake. Very friendly manager who speaks English and definitely understands the difference between vegetarian and vegan. They made us vegan fried rice with tempeh and tofu. They also made us a vegan banana fritter for dessert.

Nice warong indonesian comfort-food - Edit
We was really happy to find this warong randomly, because the staff is very vegan friendly! check the vegan options of the menu or ask them to make a dish vegan. The food was tasty, it's local dishes, so not the most healthy but well prepared and we appreciated also the amazing lake view.
