Wonderful place for bulk herbs and smoothies

I can’t believe I haven’t seen this place before! They have many bulk herbs (sold in 1 lb. packages and smaller baggy sized ones). Many supplements and essential oils. You can also get a smoothie at their little cafe. Some food items are available in the refrigerator section. Also has sprouting supplies.

Naturopath Dr. Claiborne Holtzman works here and produces a health show on WHIG TV at 4 pm on Mondays called Remedy This Naturally (which is rebroadcast on Thursdays at 9 pm). He is available for appointments and can do hair analysis, iridology, and hypnotherapy.

There is also a small post office within this store.

Great Find

I live a short ways from Rocky Mount. As anyone who has been through here knows, it is pretty much a barren wasteland for vegan food. Though groceries have improved, little else has. Remedy This has a ton if Now Foods products, baking goods, vegan candy and granola bars, body care goods, and herbs. It is a wonderful place to grab some snacks and much-needed nooch!
