One lunch option

There was only 1 lunch option on the menu, mushroom ragu. It was nice and tasty. Overall, disappointed in the cafe. Would have liked more choices.

Pros: Nice setting in the cafe

Cons: Expensive , Very limited vegan options

Worst breakfast

This place really shouldn't be considered as a vegan friendly place anymore unfortunately. Crazy overpriced food that tasted and looked like plane food, no flavour and nothing special at all.

Pros: Outside setting, Beautiful decor

Cons: Food!

Cygnet’s vegetarian/vegan paradise

I love this place. Their vegan breakfast is like nothing you’ve ever tried! AND their wood fired pizza!!!!! Omg!

Pros: Fully vegetarian , Lots of vegan options, Best vegan donuts in the world

A bit of a let down

We went here with high expectations but were disappointed. First time we went we just had a coffee but were really annoyed by the dozens of flies in the place. We returned on a Friday night for pizzas and drinks and live music. The pizzas were really nothing to shout about and the only vegan wine on the menu was $15 per glass. However they do serve Bruny Island Beer which is worth seeking out. Overall - merely OK.

Pros: Hard to find anywhere else to eat around here

Cons: Very limted vegan options for a vegetarian place, The flies !

Must try

I visit RVL every time I'm in Cygnet. The food is top notch and well worth the price. Amazing coffee and vegan cakes too (the carrot cake is divine). The ambience and decor (pressed tin roof, nice settings) is really pleasant and there's outdoor eating too. Well worth a visit.

Great food!

Love the vegan nachos and cakes here. Love sitting in the outside area. Dog friendly. Coffee is great. Service is with a smile and you're able to reserve a table. They sometimes have bands playing too, so great for a night out. Worth the drive.

Pros: Tasty food with vegan options , Lovely outdoor area , Dog friendly

Cons: None
