It has a few things

We had vegan five bean soup, a black bean quinoa burger with sautéed vegetables and a quinoa salad. The soup was pretty good and the others ok. At least we could eat there and not have to drive to Springdale for dinner.

Pros: A few vegan options

You won’t starve but it’s not the best

Main park lodge restaurant, menus not marked. Waitstaff not knowledgeable about vegan options. There’s two salads you could take the cheese off of, the salad bar supposedly has a vegan soup every day, a hummus wrap you can modify and MAYBE the black bean burger (when I asked about dairy/egg he said it “shouldn’t have it” and I could get it on a “gluten free bun” so I would clarify more if you want to order that). I got the hummus wrap no cheese or tzatziki. It was veggies and hummus on a tortilla but it did the job.

Food when you need it

This is the only restaurant inside of Zion National Park, so it’s great it has vegan options. I was also surprised at the low price as well.

That being said, it’s not great food. It works in a pinch but there are certainly better options down in Springdale.

Pros: Vegan food in a National park, Low price
