Great Thai in Gainesville - Edit
Always love checking out new Thai places and this one did not disappoint! Staff is friendly and asks if you want to make an item vegan. They have a “vegetarian” portion of the menu that clarifies that everything can be made vegan. The tofu tastes amazing in their dishes. Their tofu spring rolls are great plus tried their eggplant-tofu dish. The eggplant was some of the best I’ve had…and I am not usually an eggplant enthusiast. I also have to give this place credit…my partner has never had good tofu but this place persuaded her that tofu can be good when prepared right so definitely have to get them a 4 stars for that!
