Very nice place - Edit
We were searching for a vegetarian dish in Imabari and found this restaurant. The owners were very nice and spoke English. So we told them what we eat and they made a delicious tofu and pasta for us that was not on the menu for a very fair price.

Kind owners - Edit
Almost every item on the menu is one of a wide variety of different meats served at the restaurant. The owners are very kind and accommodated my requests by making a dish not on the menu for me. One of them made cucumber sushi for me, and then continued to make soba with vegetables on top. I'm not 100% sure the final dish was vegan because I did not ask about the soy sauce, but overall very nice place and I'm sure you could just ask for the pizza or pasta without cheese if you want to play it safer. Had a lot of fun here.
